The grand opening of the Casino Club at the Greenbrier Resort in West Virigina saw a long line-up of celebrities. From sports stars, such as Shaquille O'Neal, to Hollywood movie actors and actresses, the event drew in a quality crowd. Entertainment stars who attended the event included Jennifer Garner, Jessica Simpson and Ben Affleck.
The big name celebrities were given plenty of perks, such as a vacation itself with food, golf, drink, spa and horseback riding. Some of the more popular stars were even paid to attend, with appearance fees as high as $100,000.
The resort was originally founded in the 18th century, and was renovated to become West Virgina's leading luxury hotel and spa. The resort now comes full with casino gambling, which had originally faced hurdles in West Viriginia.
